My name is Mark King, Director of Basketball Operations for the Orlando Orangemen. The Orangemen are set to compete in the American Basketball Association's 2006-2007 season as a new expansion team. The growth of the ABA has paved the way for an intense, competitive Florida region. Our goal is to find the right mixture of talent and skill level to ensure our inaugural season is a successful one!

On behalf of the Orlando Orangemen Team, I would like to extend to you a personal invitation to attend one of our upcoming open try-out camps. Every player will be given an unparalleled opportunity to make the jump to the professional level. The experience will be unmatched - the reward will be life-changing. The try-out camp dates are:

1st Try-out Camp Dates - July 28th -30th, 2006
2nd Try-out Camp Dates - August 25th - 27th, 2006

The fee for each camp is $150.00. Payment deadline for 1st try-outs is July 25,2006. Payment deadline for 2nd try-outs is August 22, 2006.  Please remit payment in a money order or cashiers check to:

In addition every player must submit an athletic resume with relevant references as well as a brief cover letter. Players who neglect to submit a resume will not be considered.
