I wish GM the best.  I am a litle suspicious that Karl Rove, their most infamous and evil alumnus may have twisted some arms to get them in, not to mention, whispered in a ref's ear here and there.  There is pretty much no limit to the evil that guy contains.  That being said, I am very happy for George Mason.  They probably did get this far on their merit.  The only part of the story I don't like is, it's going to make people forget the '85 Nova story.  This is actaully a much bigger upset.

Of course you might be a wee bit off on the story.  It might actually have something to do with George Mason outplaying every freaking team they faced.  Executing their offense.  Playing solid defense.  Nah, you're right.  Go with the Rove theory.  It'll make a better movie.

karl rove? (none / 0)

who cares about karl rove, george mason has pretty much killed everyone's bracket yet most people i talked to want them to go all the way. They are proving us wrong right now and have beaten a couple of good teams not to mention the heavily favored UConn team taht was supposed to go all the way and were favored over Duke when Duke finished the season at #1. Although Duke didnt make it as far, both Duke and UConn are OUT so it really doesnt matter. George Mason is playing as a team and are showing us all that we are wrong
