Detailed Look at the Flaws in the RPI

I've constructed this little slideshow examining the flaws in the RPI system and the problems that it causes.

Diaries ::

I think this is a pretty comprehensive look at the inherent flaws in the RPI and a accurate description on how smart programs can easily game the system.  The numbers are staggering.  Please check out the slideshow at the following link and provide any comments or suggestions.  Thanks.

The Georgetown slide was awesome (none / 0)

The one where you showed what making changes to their schedule would do.  Very very well done.  I had a problem with a part towards the beginning, though.  You start talking about how the SOS numbers are way off, how the #303 is really 164, or something like that.  But you haven't given any evidence why your 164 number is better.  I mean, the RPI is obviously bad, but nothing to that point had shown what is better and why.

Anyway, I really enjoyed it, and I hope you post links here when you get the next 2 parts done, because I won't remember to check on my own.

Good point.  Thanks for the feedback.  I cover how I measure SOS in part two, which is now up as well:
